Deposits & Discounts
When purchasing a rabbit you will be asked to put a deposit down to hold the animal till disclosed pick up time. Buyers must understand that this is a 50% non-refundable deposit per rabbit which is applied toward the total cost of the rabbit(s). If you choose to adopt two rabbits together for the purpose of bonding them we offer a 10% discount off the total price.
Deposits must be applied toward specific rabbits and cannot be rolled over onto other rabbits due to preference changes. At the time of pick-up we will receive the final payment before releasing the rabbit. Acceptable forms of payment include Paypal, cash app, Venmo and Cash (Please bring the exact cash amount. For security purposes we do not bring cash to meet-ups). We will not accept checks of any kind.
Scheduling Dates & Holding
We cannot hold rabbits without first receiving your deposit and we will not accept any deposit without first having a understanding of how the animal will and when it will be picked up. Scheduling a pick up for a rabbit does not hold a rabbit.
All deposits will be forfeit if purchaser does not show up at agreed upon pickup time and location. This mean the animal will be placed back up for sale and your deposit will be lost.
If you are unable to make the pick date or time, please communicate this. We will do our best to work with you! If you are a no-call no-show, you automatically forfeit your deposit and will be Blacklisted as not to work with. If you can not communicate with us that you need more time for pick up, you have no means of caring for the animal you have placed a deposit on. A text take 1 minute. Please do not do this... just send us a message!
Boarding
In the event that you need us to hold the rabbit(s) longer than the original agreed upon date, please ask. We maybe able to offer $15 per rabbits, per week boarding fee. Please note this must be agreed upon prior, boarding is not available for anyone that has missed their pick up date. We still will require a mutually agreed upon pick-up time and date before board payment is sent. After this date if you still have not picked up your rabbit, or made new arrangements with us (this includes submitting payment for the additional boarding), all fees you have submitted for board and the original deposit will be lost and the rabbit will be republished as available.
Transportation
We are willing to work with pet transporters, and can give you the number to a transporter that we have worked with before. If you decide to use a transporter to get your rabbit(s) than any fees that are acquired fall on the responsibility of the purchaser of the animal(s).
We are not responsible for what happens along the route with the transporter. Although most take great care and try hard to up hold their reputations, as well a some do have insurance - this is not to say that accidents will not happen, and care may or may not be what it should given any scenario. This is the risk the buy takes, we are not responsible for what happens after they leave the Rabbitry.
If you do decide to hire a transporter we will send updated photos of your rabbit(s) a maximum of 48hrs before they leave with transport. This is so that you know what the animals look like right before they depart. I do require that you confirm and agree via email that said rabbit(s) is what it is suppose to be and that you except the possible risk of second hand transportation.
Refunds
We are committed to keeping our rabbits out of shelters and to protecting them from being released to the wild. While all sales are final -with the exception of our health commitment (see below)- if your rabbit is not a good fit for your family we will work with you to find it a new home; no questions asked, however we do not offer refunds or exchanges for this reasoning.

Health Commitment
All weaned babies will have been weaned for no less than one week before leaving our home to be sure they've handled the weaning process well.
All of our rabbits are groomed and inspected (eyes, ears, teeth, genitals, scent glands cleaned, gender re-checked) before releasing them into your care. We will not release ANY animal with any medical concerns - even if they've been reserved with a deposit and their release date arrives. A transition is a stressful thing on any animal, but rabbit tend to deal with stress far worst then puppies or kittens. Therefore adding a transition to any kind of health treatment is a bad idea.
Rabbits are fragile and it doesn't take much to stress them out which can cause health problems. Once our bunnies leave us we are entrusting them to you in hopes that you and your family will have educated yourselves about this fragile time and will be gentle, calm, not loud or startling, and not trying to hold or carry a frightened bunny around before it's used to its new home. You want to see your rabbit eating, drinking, and going potty well before you try to begin bonding. Bonding should precede trying to hold and snuggle a rabbit. Rabbits who are afraid will stop eating and this can put them in GI stasis which can be deadly in as little as 24 hours.
Since their transition environment is out of our hands as soon as they leave our home at the Breezy Lilac, we cannot offer a refund for a rabbit that becomes stressed, sick, or dies. Again, we will not let them leave if showing any signs of illness. We also will not assume responsibility for any vet bills once the bunny has left our care.
However, we are available to help you with any questions that may come up as you care for your bunny. We always recommend you research rabbit first aid needs and be prepared before any issues may arise during the life of your bunny.
If an issues arise that we don't have an answer to we will work with you to find an answer. We love these bunnies and want to help you provide them with the best care possible!
We do offer a ONE WEEK replacement on rabbits priced $100 and up that become Ill or die. Please read below.
One Week Health Replacement Policy on animals $100 and up
We do not offer refunds however we do have a replacement policy. This is ONLY for animals that that fall Ill for what ever reason with in one week (7 days) starting the day the animal is picked up. This ONLY includes animals purchased for $100 and up. We typically do not sell animals less than $100 anyways, so it should include most if not all our rabbits. We will replace any animal with any health concerns within the week time frame, this will also cover deaths. With the exception of accidental deaths, please be truthful, we understand things happen and are willing to work with you if you do have an accidental death.
- if your rabbit falls Ill within the first week, you have the option to get a replacement. However, you must have proof of illness or death. Photos, or video.
Depending on the illness, the animal may need to be dispatched. We will review evidence and go from there.
- If your animal is terminal or contagious, you will be asked to either return the sick animal in a box so that it can be dispatched with out being exposed to other animals or you may have it done and than provide proof with a photo (must include rabbits ear# within the photo)
-Deaths, are at the breeders discretion. Please provide evidence, and include the animals EAR # just as above. We do NOT need the animal back!
Refusal to comply with the above means you are forfeiting your right to receive a replacement animal, and excepting all responsibilities on your own behave that go with caring for a sick rabbit- this includes but not limited to vet bill(s) and medicine.

Terms:
Show Quality
Show Quality rabbits are animals that we have either have been shown and have legs and still fit the ARBA standard of perfection, or they can also be junior animals that also fit the standard, that I feel would make good show prospects. I can not guarantee show placement! These are just animals that we ourselves consider higher quality, and that may do well on the show table. I also can not guarantee that the animal will remain "showable" once out of our care, there is a lot of variables such as feeding, care, and housing, this is up to the buyers responsibility in maintaining the said animal. Show animals have pedigrees, and must keep their full names given to them by their original breeder. Buyers understand that this name can not be changed or altered in any way nor can the names or information of any of the animals on its pedigree.
Brood Quality
Brood quality are animals that could be used in a successful breeding program, meaning the animals do not have an long standing DQ's such as malocclusion, white toe nail, wrong eye color, things of that nature. These rabbit MAY however be or go over weight. Over weight animal will be stated, and younger animals that are brood and I have a hunch will be over weight at senior age, I will do my best to disclose. I will always disclose any DQ's that Brood animals may have. Brood animals also have a pedigree, and must keep their full names given to them by their original breeder. Buyers understand that this name can not be changed or altered in any way nor can the names or information of any of the animals on its pedigree.
Pet Quality
Pets are not to be used in a breeding program, therefore will not be offered for sale with their pedigrees. If a buyer would like their pedigree just for the "fun" of having it, it is an additional $10 per pedigree. Pets are the rabbits that do not make the brood cut, so they may have white spot, excessive white hairs, wrong under color, wrong eye color, est. I will not sell any rabbit with malocclusion.
***All rabbits are sold as-is. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check over the rabbit before purchase. Don's just take my word for it, look the animal over yourself! I am only human, I am capable of missing something. I take great pride in making sure that my buyers are happy, and would never want someone to buy a rabbit that does not fit their needs***
